The 12 Angry Men provides good examples to demonstrate 4 stages of group dynamics. First stage of Group Dynamics is forming. In this stage, members don't have clear idea and are not sure about their role and responsibilities. When 12 members of jury entered the room to vote, they were not clear about their roles. Some of them wanted to vote guilty, one person wanted to discuss while some were really not bothered and wanted to leave as soon as possible.
