This article is very interesting and states that the Chinese are manipulating their currency. In the article, it talks about how the Chinese is doing the manipulation and the Chinese justification for it. Recently the Chinese have converted about $2 Trillion of Chinese dollars (yuan) was converted to cash and moved offshore.
