A Comparative Study of Browning's Porphyria's Lover and My Last Duchess - Term Papers

A Comparative Study of Browning's Porphyria's Lover and My Last Duchess

A Comparative study of the dramatic dialogue as an effective method of narration: Robert Browning's Porphyria's Lover and My Last Duchess

Both these poems have an extremely passionate, yet harsh narrative. In this essay I'd like to discuss the techniques used by Browning individually and then further it into a detailed comparative study. To understand the narration, it is first important to understand the images contained within each of these poems. I'll start with Browning's Porphyria's Lover.
