The concept of grace is to forgive or put aside your own needs when needed or wanted. We shouldn’t just forgive someone because we should, we should forgive them because we need or want to. Grace is almost like generosity; to be generous you have to be able help someone or do something for someone you weren’t expecting to do.

My children are always helping me also. Even though they are seven and four and they can’t do too much, they help in any way they can. They see how much I always do through the day; cleaning, laundry, dishes, schoolwork, mowing the grass, and playing with them that they just start helping out around the house. That helps me a lot because then I have more time to spend with them and not just on housework. They choose to help me because they want that extra time with me.
