Instead these are leaders who are primarily concerned about their own interests and American interest in either ignored or is wrongly dealt with. For example in the case of President Bush, we noticed how Electoral College was won and how Gore missed presidency by a small almost non-existent margin. So when such a person is given power to rule a country as large as United States, he most often fails to deliver the goods.
