Dial ‘M’ For Murder

Alfred Hitchcock decided to take Fredrick Knott’s play; “Dial M for Murder”, and make it into a movie. The movie begins with Marc and Mary kissing in Mary’s apartment building. Mary is married, but not to Marc, her husband’s name is Tony. And Marc is a close friend to the both of them. Well I guess he is closer to Mary than Tony. Tony does know about his wife’s affairs with Marc because of letters he has found that were addressed to Mary from Marc. Though Tony has never opened his mouth about it to either Marc or his wife. He was waiting until he found the perfect revenge for the both of them. And then one day as he was talking to a friend on the phone about buying a car he invites him ...

He has a whole plan worked out already on how he could go about doing so. And so he shows the friend all the steps to make in the apartment and what to kill her with and where to kill her too. The friend finally agrees since there was not much else he could do about it. The night comes along where they have planned do go on with the murder. Everything is working as planned, except for the fact that Tony has not called the house to wake up his wife so she gets in the right spot so his friend can sneak up behind and strangle her with a stocking. The reason Tony has not called on time because his watched has stop, so he turns to a friend and asked them for the right time. Then realizes he is 10 minutes late.
