Individuals who have fat concentrated in the waist and abdomen instead of thighs and buttocks are prone to diseases that accompany obesity (Pruitt 121). Other fats in the diet - 'poly-unsaturated' fats - tend to reduce the cholesterol in the body. This type of fat is found in corn oil, sunflower seed oil and soya oil. The use of skimmed/semi skimmed milk is highly recommended by dietitians. Full cream milk contains 4.8 percent fat and skimmed milk contains 0.1 percent fat.
