it is a gruesome picture but it gave the reader a reaction. Both the text and visual do complement each other, the text is interesting to read and the visuals give us a view of what is going on in the country of El Salvador.
The visuals use a good amount of pathos, it appeals to the reader’s emotion. Viewing these pictures it made me thankful that I do no live in a country were stuff like this happens on a daily basis.
