If environmental temperature is low, it will be uneasy for people to move. Excessive training can cause increasing stiffness as well. (Mallac 2014)

There are two types of flexibility exercises to help people to warm up, which are static stretching and dynamic stretching. Static stretching is a simple muscle stretch. It needs people to hold steadily for several seconds without moving. (Schafer 2014) The most obvious benefit of static stretching is that the chance of getting injured can be lowered. It is ideal for people to take advantage of the qualities of softy by keep taking static stretching. Static stretching can help to relax the muscles most.
