In current society today many people believe that friends are more influential than their parents. To put it simply, kids and teens feel more connected to their friends, feel friends are more understanding, and finally, most people feel that being around friends is much easier.

This means that they can help each other socially and emotionally. Kids and teens would also rather be around their friends because they find it more fun and itā€™s easier to be themselves.

Another reason why kids are better influenced by their friends is that they are more understanding of things. Studies have proven that students cope better with issues when they are with their friends rather than with adults.
