From the beginning of the nineteenth century, many states in western United States have dealt with each other over arguments on the supply of fresh water. But in comparison, to this, the states in the eastern part of the nation did not face a lot of trouble over water since they had an abundant supply of fresh water. But during the 1980's trouble started pouring out because of droughts that occurred in this region during that period, and this changed the situation for the three states, Alabama, Florida, and Georgia.
