Hypnosis

When I think about the term hypnosis, fear penetrates my mind. I feel as if being hypnotized is being controlled by someone or something and who in their right mind would want to be controlled? Another very interesting thought that came to me asked the question, Does Movies, TV, computer and all other sorts of technology hypnotize people? I believe there is some truth to that but not completely. Every human has a mind of his or her own that can make decisions on what they want to do. So when some people continue to make the decision in either watching tv or movies for many hours, they are basically allowing control of their mind. People don’t need hypnosis .
