Invasion of Normandy
Adolf Hitler�s military campaigns across Europe began with the invasion of Poland on September 1, 1939. Following the invasion his regime set upon conquering the whole of Europe, purging it and setting the German people where he saw fit, above the world. His military invasions continued, primarily focused on the western front of France. With the help of Italian troops, Hitler wore down the country until June 9th, 1940, when France sought an armistice. France has fallen to Nazi control. It has been made clear by now that Hitler won�t stop until he has conquered the world. American eyes are now looking towards the east, preparing for a possible war.

The United States have had the same isolation ideology since the first world war that kept the United States from entering the League of Nations, Franklin Roosevelt's hands were tied on the matter. He did however give fifty old Destroyers to the British in return for a British Caribbean Port. This is the first step that�ll lead to the United States full involvement in the war.
Soon following the United States first helping act towards the war effort in Europe, the country was attacked. On December 7th, 1941, the Japanese launched an aerial attack on Pearl Harbour, an American naval base in Hawaii. They bombed the majority of the pacific fleet and caused many casualties.
