The Islam religion is a very complex one but once studied it can be easily to practiced. The Qur’an is known as the Islamic holy book. In the Qur’an contains many doctrine that Muslims abide to but, there are a few well known ones. Also, Christianity and Islam are very different despite their similarities. Lastly, the position for women in Islam are unique with the many rule they have.

There are many concepts of the doctrine of Islam. However, there were some main ones. One of these differences was, Christians believe that as a member of the Trinity, Jesus is the Son of God however Muslims on the other hand believe that Jesus was conceived by an act of God and though not the Son of God but is a highly respected Prophet, like Muhammad. Many Bible stories are repeated in the Qur'an but some of the details differ. Christians believe Adam is guilty of disobeying God and that we all bear this Original Sin when we are born. We can be saved from this, and other sins, through accepting Jesus Christ's atonement. Christians also believe that Jesus was crucified on a cross to atone for man's sins. Nonetheless, Muslims believe Adam was faultless (some refer to him as a Prophet). They believe Jesus did not die on the cross and consequently there is no atonement.
