Leadership

The first leadership experience I had was all the way back in the tenth year of my high-school education. I was fifteen years of age, and the only sense of responsibility I knew was that of taking care of my three younger siblings. As a shy, introverted person, I never encouraged myself to take part in group projects. Always preferring to work alone, I knew that was the only way to achieve the grade I wanted.
