My Writing Process

MY WRITING PROCESS

Since every individual has various personalities and style, the way we go about writing is unique. I, personally, don't have a formal method. Whenever I write, I try to relate what I'm currently writing with events I have experienced or have knowledge about. I often get distracted by technology devices such as laptop, Ipad, my phone, and so on. But I do listen to music when I'm writing to set my mood up; it could be ballads or jazz. I try to go to a comfortable place where I can relax and concentrate on writing: it must be a quiet place, I can not stand the buzzy noise that annoyed me. If I'm writing at home; my room does not have to specific clean, but my table needs ...

sometimes. In case I don't know which word should I use, or I want to change it to ones that appropriate in my essay, I will look it up in the dictionary. Having finished scribble on the paper, I typed it on my computer. After having done all the works, I take my time to look over it by myself to check that if there are still any grammar or spelling errors. I always ask a friend who is good at English or even several members of my family to see my final draft. They can see some of the errors that I have missed, and I love getting feedback from them. Their opinions and suggestions mean a lot to me. Once everything is done, I will save my essay both on my computer and my USB, and print the paper out.
