Handy's organisational culture
One of the main considerations of organisational culture is that `as different and varied as the nations and societies of the world' (Handy, C. (1993), Understanding Organisations (4[th] edn), Penguin Business). This can be seen that the organisation sets of values, targets and beliefs depend on different elements in disparity structures and systems. For example, layers might have conflict with low morale and high turnover in term of having the most power in the centre.
