Personal Narrative

Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas is big thing for my Italian family. We always have a big dinner and game time. Every new person we bring into the family we tease to show that we aren't a serious family and we loved to have fun.
The first time my boyfriend came to one of my family dinners at Thanksgiving, my mom and I thought of a plan to make it seem that we are really religious and to have my cousin sing at the table. We used to pray at the table when my grandmother was still alive. My boyfriend at the time only knew my family less than 3 months so he was still a little bit shy. I couldn't help but to peak at my boyfriends face. My cousin started singing, "Oh lordey lordey!" I watched my boyfriends face starting to smiling.
