Romeo and Juliet

Romeo and Juliet, the one story we all know. This story is written by the most famous writer of all time, William Shakespeare. If this isn't clear enough yet, the phrase `Oh Romeo, Oh Romeo, wherefore are thou Romeo? Will make it even clearer. We see the language of love between Romeo and Juliet in a dramatic-scene when they express their affection for each other. Throughout the years this story is made into three different movies. The first one was made in 1968, the second one in 1996 and the most recent version in 2011. The 1996 version was the most, impressing, romantic and thereby the best movie of Shakespeare's' Romeo and Juliet.

was a big difference. In the 1997 version it was lighter around the house, the pool was lightened and the bushes were brighter, which I liked more about this movie. Even though they both use the original Shakespeare text, I found it more impressing when there was a more modern setting. Because the setting in the 1968 movie was quite dark and in the forest with lots of bushes and trees, the 1997 movie was lot more romantic, because of the lights and flowers in the garden and made it more charming and fascinating to watch.

The most recent version Gneomo and Juliet is played by gnomes, this makes it a lot more unrealistic, but it is fun to watch this version of Romeo and Juliet . The disadvantage of Gneomo and Juliet is that you can't put yourself in their shoes and experience what they are feeling, because they are gnomes obviously. It does create a whole new dimension in the old story of Romeo and Juliet, which would never have been thought of in advance. The modern version ...
