Did you know that one out of every six climbers dies on each expedition? In my opinion I think that there should be guidelines and regulations to climb Mt. Everest. One reason is that just any person that wants to go up there can pay 65,000-100,000 dollars just to go up to Everest not even knowing nothing about mountain climbing. Second reason is that there are to many people on Everest at one time which can cause bottlenecks and other safety hazards. My third reason is because the weather on Everest. The fourth topic is the turnaround time.

is by having different expeditions sign up to all climb at different times and if they don't leave on that time they don't go up to have a chance at the summit. Second is that there should be a limit on how many climbers can be in an expedition and how many groups can be up there at once. Third is that one summit attempt there can be as many as 20 climbers trying to make summit at one time which causes bottlenecks and will just waste time and oxygen.
My third reason of why there should be guidelines on Mt. Everest is weather conditions. The weather on Mt. Everest is very unpredictable and can change very rapidly. Plus if you have 10-11 clients on one expedition and with the weather changing really fast. You might have a hard time gathering them all up in time of the storm which means if you don't have all your clients by the time the storm hits you basically have to leave them for dead.
My fourth the turn around time. Really makes the climber's work a lot harder on summit day ...
