The Atkins Diet – Pros and Cons

According to this article which is true, Atkins Diet is the most popular diet that his been around for a very long time. Some People have successfully lost weight on this diet fad and recommend it highly. I, on the other hand question the diet and this is my research on this diet fad.

Well basically the way it works is that you cut out the carbohydrates as the body uses this preferred energy source. Which in my family is the most difficult thing to do it’s almost a sin if you ask some of my relatives. However, when these are cut from your everyday consumption of carbs, the body then has to use fat and protein instead.
