before we'd return to my warm room for the third film. The cold air was only going to have a few minutes to find a way into my impenetrable jacket. It tried getting through my zip, up my sleeves and down my neck, but it still didn't succeed. Neither Ben nor Mike seemed to notice. Ben had already finished his third packet of sherbert and he continued to chug through another. He made quiet, sucking noises as if he couldn't get enough of the stuff. I'd swear he was addicted!
At last we reached the end of the street and stood next to the main road. Finally, I thought we could proceed home. How wrong I was. Ben suggested that we could go to the swimming pool.
