This bill will modify the salary applicable to Transportation Security Administration personnel. Additionally, this bill will set forth rules that protect and regulate the quality of workers in the industry.

Section 1: Strategies
ALL TSA must be included in the Title 5 rights. Under this title, employees are to be paid for any overtime work that exceeds 8 hours in a day or 40 hours in a consecutive workweek. The hourly rate is the basic pay of the employee or their basic pay multiplied by 1.5. Employees in this field right now receive pay and benefits that are less than comparable to positions in other federal agencies, with few benefits to support them. In order to keep quality workers who perform in these high-stress positions all hours of the day, they should be paid in a representation of that work, with the same rights as other federal employees.
