The Art and Landscape Of The Netherlands

Vietnam War. These particular eras each had their own unique blend of art and music.

A Comparison Between Feminist Views on Art

A 7 page research paper which examines two articles. 'Quilts, the Great American Art,' by Patricia Mainardi (1973) and 'Secluded Vision: imagines of feminine experience,' by Anne Higonnet (1987) offer two contrasting visions of women's art in the nineteenth century. On one level the view of each author is essentially the samethat view being that a male-dominated perspective on art has failed to recognize the intrinsic value of the art forms routinely produced by women as part of their domestic sphere of influence.
