Classical Antiquity: Its Influence Upon Art And Architecture Of The European Middle Ages

Particularly pertinent to the European Middle Ages, classical antiquity was significant in the appearance of art and architecture, inasmuch as it was representational of the transformation from the typical Gothic appearance.
