For this assignment our group had the topic British Colonialism and Nigeria. We had three main questions, when did the British colonize Nigeria, why did it start, and how did it affect the Nigerian people.
Our first question was when did the British colonize Nigeria. They colonized Nigeria from 1900 to 1960's. "The British used a "divide and conquer" method: pitting ethnic groups against each other."
