Our organization consist of Cal State LA students . Because California State University, Los Angeles has one of the most diverse student populations , we will have a strong organizational culture. The organization will have a common set of ethics and values that students should be responsible for following. This will help to promote teamwork regardless of differences in student background. The goal of our organization is to lower the cost of parking permits by challenging the structural authority .
