Depression

Depression watched the boy as he sputtered out lies to his parents about why he insisted on a wardrobe of hoodies in the hot days of summer. One by one depression conquered his slaves. He laughed at their private scenes of breaking down and the thoughts of worthlessness and patheticness that buzzed through their minds. Yet, depression could also put on the face of a supporting friend to convince his slaves to continue on the path to depression’s good friend, Death.

Depression enjoyed watching from the shadows, dressed in a cloak as black as his heart. His face held an endless supply of tears from his own sadness that he passed on to his slaves. He forced those tears and loneliness ...

and converse with the souls that surrounded him. This comforted his sad thoughts until it became necessary to go back out to the world and find new slaves or continue to push his current slaves closer to the edge.

On days when someone escaped his thoughts of destruction, depression was more cruel than ever. He hated that people became happy when he was stuck in this immortal sadness. His life was a simple routine. He would watch his slaves and made sure they followed his rules. Then, he would sit by the stream of tears and blood to converse with the souls that he considered dear friends. You see depression does not care about the happy because he believes the world should be filled with his slaves.

His ultimate goal is to touch the billions of humans on this planet with his everlasting mark of tears. Although on his way to this goal he infected someone with this depression he never intended to...himself. Depression was always supposed to be the evil king of his new ...
