How to Be Happy

Happiness is something that I strive for in life and I believe that the only thing I need is to be truly happy. I believe that one doesn't need money or to be a genius or to be popular to be happy. I struggle with major depression yet I still find ways to keep myself happy despite the 1,000 ton burden that has been placed on my shoulders. I still have my bad days but I always push through. It's important to know some ways to combat negative situations and feelings with the intention of happiness in your life. High school drama and drama in general is a stressful thing to have on your shoulders.
