Motivation

My Motivation: What motivate me the most is my family. In order to provide for them and give them a better chance in life I have to move up the ladder in the working field. I find myself competing with people with college degrees. So in order to get where I need to be I have to join the club, and that's my motivation.

My Purpose: My main purpose in getting my college degree is getting a better career. Getting my degree also would give me job security. I think that showing my kids that you can do anything that you have your mind set on and hopefully teaching them the importance of education would too be my purpose.
