Professional Gender Inequality

There is a huge disparity in the professional work force between women and men when it comes to equality. This disparity is nothing new; it has been an issue for a very long time. When speaking about gender inequality, the term gender can be defined in our social environment through varies interactions and situations, as well as through our biological construction. It’s hard to pin point exactly why we still have this big disparity in our society, especially in our professional work force. The concept of patriarchy is big on the list as one of the big factors in molding and contributing to our current professional work environment.
