The feeling of waking up early in the morning for school is not the greatest. Students are always complaining about being tired which leads them to be distracted during class. Sometimes, students even miss their bus because of sleeping in for a couple of extra minutes for not being able to wake up on time. This problem increases tardiness and absences which makes students lose some of their learning time in school.
