Having responsibility is having control. When you take responsibility for your actions, you gain power. Your power can be lost or be taken by someone else if you do not take responsibility. By being responsible you can gain integrity. We can either regress or progress in all we do. Becoming more responsible is to grow with great power. Becoming more powerful requires more responsibility. Many leaders have had to face other great powers in this world and learned to keep progressing with new ideas. had killed his father in a drunken stupor. Because of this Archie had many thoughts throughout the day keeping a lot of held pain inside from a very young age. He has been through much and is carrying a load which sometimes seems too heavy to bear. When he discovers his soon to be victim, he realizes that this man who he though was this crazy mad man is actually helpless old guy. This event led him to have compassion and let go of his anger which revels the legacy of his father. Archie learns a great deal at a young age of what it means to have integrity and responsibility. These qualities are two great keys for being a leader.
