Well personally I feel that we are in a negative environment because at this school teachers think that everyone should be all happy go lucky with everyone. I understand that one of the goals in this school is to make us like a family for each other, but personally I don’t think that they should try to make us communicate with the people that we already know we are not too fond of, because that just makes room for even more conflict.

Sometimes I feel like teachers do not understand the things that we as teenagers do. Some teachers do not understand that sometimes the things we say to each other is just the way we go about communicating. It may sound disrespectful to someone who does not know the type of relationship that we have among ourselves, but to each other it is not disrespectful at all. I can understand that when we are talking to someone that the teacher is aware that we do not like and we say something disrespectful, then yes there is a difference, but most of the time we are just joking around with each other. So I feel that when the teacher has a misunderstanding of what is going on, then unnecessary conflict is caused.
